Who we are

OneApp is an internal system published by PM Center Company Limited ("we", "us"), 4/22 Soi Nuan Chan 56, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10230, Thailand.

This policy covers OneApp as a whole — the web application at oneapp.pmcenter.co.th and the OneApp mobile app for iOS and Android. Both are provided solely to employees of PM Center and its affiliated companies for work purposes. Neither is available to the general public, and both require company-issued credentials to sign in.

What we collect

We collect the following through OneApp:

Account and identity

• Username, password and company code that you enter to sign in
• Your employee code, which identifies you throughout the system

Employee profile information Held in our HR system and shown or edited in OneApp: your name, photograph, contact details, address, date of birth, national ID, family members, education, work history, social media links, employment records, job title and organizational reporting line, skills and certifications, training records, performance assessments, leave entitlements, and salary and payroll documents.

Attendance and location

• Precise location (GPS) each time you check in or out, including when you check in by face scan, and when you submit an off-site work request. Location is read only at the moment you perform one of these actions — OneApp does not track your location in the background.

• A photograph of your face when you use face-scan check-in. It is sent to our server and compared against the face you previously enrolled, to confirm the check-in is genuinely yours.

Work records you create Leave, overtime, off-site and schedule-change requests; purchasing, warehouse, facility and nursing documents; helpdesk tickets, comments, feedback and any files you attach.

Technical and diagnostic data

• Device and app information, and your online/offline status
• Your language preference
• Crash reports and error diagnostics, which include your employee code and the IP address the report was sent from
• A push-notification device token, if you allow notifications. It is issued by the operating system or the browser, identifies this installation, and is tied to your account so notifications reach the right device. It is deleted when you sign out.

Cookies and session data on the web

• A session cookie and a CSRF cookie, which keep you signed in and protect forms from cross-site request forgery. They are strictly necessary for the site to work and are not used to profile you.
• Your sign-in tokens, which the web app stores in your browser so that reloading the page does not sign you out.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on the web application.

Signing in with Google, Apple or LINE

OneApp lets you sign in with a Google, Apple or LINE account instead of typing a password. This is optional — username and password sign-in remains available and is unaffected.

If you choose one of these, this is the whole of what happens:

• The provider asks you to approve the sign-in and then sends us your email address, display name and profile picture. We receive nothing else.
• We use that email address only to find the existing employee account it belongs to. OneApp does not create new accounts from a social sign-in: if the email does not match an active employee, the sign-in is refused and no account is made.
• We store the link between your employee account and that social account so the next sign-in works, together with the provider's own user identifier.
• We never post anything, read your posts, contacts, friends or messages, or ask for any permission beyond your basic profile and email. We do not use the connection to contact you outside OneApp.
• We do not receive or store your password for that provider, and we do not keep the provider's access token after the sign-in has completed.

You can remove the link at any time from your profile in OneApp, or from your account settings at the provider. Removing it does not delete your employee account — you simply sign in with your username and password again.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate OneApp and run normal HR and internal business processes: authenticating you, recording attendance and working time, processing your requests and approvals, operating the helpdesk, presenting your HR records, and diagnosing faults in the system.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers.

Biometric information

Face-scan check-in involves processing an image of your face for identity verification, which is sensitive personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Face-scan check-in is optional. The check-in screen offers GPS check-in and face-scan check-in side by side, and you may use GPS check-in exclusively. We process your face image only when you choose the face-scan option, on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by simply not using that option.

Who we share it with

Your information stays within PM Center and is accessible only to colleagues whose role requires it — for example your manager for approvals, or HR staff administering your records. Access inside OneApp is controlled by permissions tied to your role.

We use the following components. The first two we operate ourselves, on our own infrastructure, rather than through an outside provider:

Push notifications can only reach a device through Google's service (on Android and the web) or Apple's (on iOS) — that is how the operating systems work. We therefore keep notification text to the minimum needed to tell you something happened, and do not put sensitive details such as salary or health information into the notification text itself. You can turn notifications off in your device or browser settings at any time.

We do not send your data to any third-party analytics or advertising service.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Your data is stored on servers operated by PM Center in Thailand.

We keep it for as long as you are employed, and for 30 days afterwards — except where the law requires us to retain a record for longer, which is the case for employment, payroll and tax records. Crash diagnostics are kept for 90 days.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your personal data, or to disconnect a social account from OneApp, contact our HR department at info@pmcenter.co.th or +66 2 091 9888 with your name and employee code. We respond within 30 days.

Disconnecting a Google, Apple or LINE account removes the link and the profile data we received from that provider. You can do this yourself from your profile in OneApp, and it takes effect immediately.

Some data cannot be deleted on request while you remain employed, because we are legally required to keep employment, attendance and payroll records. In that case we will tell you which records we must keep, and why.

Security

Traffic between OneApp and our servers is encrypted with TLS. On mobile, your login session is held in the operating system's secure storage — the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore. Access to your records is limited by role-based permissions.

Visitor statistics on our public pages

On the pages anyone can reach without signing in — the OneApp landing page and the recruitment site — we count visits using Umami, an analytics tool we run on our own servers. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. What it records is the page address, the referring site, and coarse details derived from your browser: device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and country. Your IP address is used only to work out the country and is not stored.

We use this to see which job postings and which parts of the landing page draw interest. It is not used to identify you, and it is never connected to your employee record or to anything you do after signing in — the tool is loaded only on those public pages. Because no cookies are used and no personal data is stored, we rely on our legitimate interest rather than your consent; you may still object using the contact details below.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to your personal data, correct it, ask for it to be erased or restricted, object to certain processing, request a copy in a portable form, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these, or to complain about how we handle your data, contact our HR department at info@pmcenter.co.th or +66 2 091 9888. You also have the right to complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Permissions the mobile app asks for

You can refuse or later revoke any of these in your device settings; the features that depend on them will stop working.

Children

OneApp is for employees only and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in OneApp.

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชีและตัวตน — ชื่อผู้ใช้ รหัสผ่าน รหัสบริษัทที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ และรหัสพนักงาน

ข้อมูลประวัติพนักงาน — ชื่อ-นามสกุล รูปถ่าย ข้อมูลติดต่อ ที่อยู่ วันเกิด เลขบัตรประชาชน ข้อมูลครอบครัว ประวัติการศึกษา ประวัติการทำงาน โซเชียลมีเดีย ข้อมูลการจ้างงาน ตำแหน่งและสายบังคับบัญชา ความสามารถและใบรับรอง ประวัติการอบรม ผลการประเมิน สิทธิวันลา รวมถึงเงินเดือนและเอกสารค่าจ้าง

การลงเวลาและตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง

• ตำแหน่ง GPS ที่แม่นยำ ทุกครั้งที่คุณลงเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน รวมถึงตอนสแกนใบหน้า และตอนส่งคำขอปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ — ระบบอ่านตำแหน่งเฉพาะขณะที่คุณกดใช้งาน เท่านั้น ไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง

ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค — ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และแอป สถานะออนไลน์ ภาษาที่เลือกใช้ และ รายงานข้อผิดพลาด ซึ่งมีรหัสพนักงานและหมายเลข IP ประกอบอยู่ด้วย

รหัสอุปกรณ์สำหรับการแจ้งเตือน (push token) — เมื่อคุณอนุญาตให้แจ้งเตือน ระบบจะสร้างรหัสประจำเครื่องหรือประจำเบราว์เซอร์ขึ้นมาและผูกไว้กับบัญชีของคุณ เพื่อส่งการแจ้งเตือนมาที่เครื่องนั้น รหัสนี้จะถูกลบเมื่อคุณออกจากระบบ

การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, Apple หรือ LINE

OneApp เปิดให้เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google, Apple หรือ LINE แทนการพิมพ์รหัสผ่าน ซึ่งเป็นทางเลือก — การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านยังใช้ได้ตามปกติ

หากคุณเลือกใช้ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นมีเพียงเท่านี้:

• ผู้ให้บริการจะขอให้คุณยืนยันการเข้าสู่ระบบ แล้วส่ง อีเมล ชื่อที่แสดง และรูปโปรไฟล์ มาให้เรา — เราไม่ได้รับข้อมูลอื่นใด
• เราใช้อีเมลนั้นเพื่อค้นหาบัญชีพนักงานที่มีอยู่แล้วเท่านั้น OneApp ไม่เปิดให้สมัครบัญชีใหม่ผ่านโซเชียล หากอีเมลไม่ตรงกับพนักงานที่ยังทำงานอยู่ ระบบจะปฏิเสธการเข้าสู่ระบบและไม่สร้างบัญชีใดๆ
• เราเก็บการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างบัญชีพนักงานกับบัญชีโซเชียลนั้น พร้อมรหัสผู้ใช้ของผู้ให้บริการ เพื่อให้ครั้งต่อไปเข้าได้
• เราไม่โพสต์อะไรทั้งสิ้น ไม่อ่านโพสต์ รายชื่อเพื่อน หรือข้อความของคุณ และไม่ขอสิทธิ์อื่นนอกเหนือจากโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานกับอีเมล และไม่ใช้การเชื่อมต่อนี้ติดต่อคุณนอก OneApp
• เราไม่ได้รับและไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านของผู้ให้บริการนั้น และไม่เก็บ access token ไว้หลังเข้าสู่ระบบเสร็จ

คุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมโยงได้ทุกเมื่อจากหน้าโปรไฟล์ใน OneApp หรือจากการตั้งค่าบัญชีของผู้ให้บริการ การยกเลิกไม่ได้ลบบัญชีพนักงานของคุณ เพียงกลับไปเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านตามเดิม

เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

ใช้เพื่อให้ OneApp ทำงานได้และเพื่อกระบวนการงานบุคคลตามปกติเท่านั้น ได้แก่ การยืนยันตัวตน บันทึกเวลาทำงาน ดำเนินการคำขอและการอนุมัติ ระบบแจ้งปัญหา แสดงข้อมูลประวัติพนักงาน และตรวจสอบข้อขัดข้องของระบบ

เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อการโฆษณา ไม่ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอื่น และไม่ขายหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลให้ผู้ค้าข้อมูล

ข้อมูลชีวมาตร (ใบหน้า)

การลงเวลาด้วยการสแกนใบหน้าเป็นการประมวลผลภาพใบหน้าเพื่อยืนยันตัวบุคคล ซึ่งถือเป็น ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอ่อนไหวตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

การสแกนใบหน้าเป็นทางเลือก ไม่ใช่ข้อบังคับ หน้าลงเวลามีทั้งปุ่มลงเวลาด้วย GPS และปุ่มสแกนใบหน้าให้เลือก คุณสามารถใช้เฉพาะ GPS ได้ตลอด เราประมวลผลภาพใบหน้า เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกใช้ฟังก์ชันนี้ โดยอาศัยฐานความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้ง และคุณถอนความ ยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อเพียงไม่ใช้ฟังก์ชันดังกล่าว

เราเปิดเผยให้ใคร

ข้อมูลอยู่ภายใน PM Center และเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น หัวหน้างานที่ต้องอนุมัติ หรือฝ่ายบุคคลที่ดูแลข้อมูล โดยควบคุมด้วยสิทธิ์ตามบทบาท

เราใช้ระบบเสริมดังนี้ โดยสองรายการแรกบริษัทเป็นผู้ดูแลเซิร์ฟเวอร์เอง

⚠️ การแจ้งเตือนต้องผ่านบริการของ Google (บน Android และเว็บ) และ Apple (บน iOS) จึงจะ ส่งถึงเครื่องได้ ซึ่งเป็นข้อจำกัดของระบบปฏิบัติการ เราจึงจำกัดข้อความแจ้งเตือนไว้ เท่าที่จำเป็น และไม่ใส่ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เช่น เงินเดือนหรือข้อมูลสุขภาพ ลงในตัว ข้อความแจ้งเตือน หากไม่ต้องการ คุณปิดการแจ้งเตือนได้จากการตั้งค่าเครื่องหรือเบราว์เซอร์

เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด หรือเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิตามกฎหมายของบริษัท

จัดเก็บที่ไหน นานเท่าใด

จัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ PM Center ในประเทศไทย เก็บตลอดระยะเวลาที่คุณเป็นพนักงาน และหลังจากพ้นสภาพอีก 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น เช่น เอกสารการจ้างงาน ค่าจ้าง และเอกสารทางภาษี ส่วนรายงานข้อผิดพลาดเก็บ 90 วัน

การลบข้อมูลของคุณ

หากต้องการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือยกเลิกการเชื่อมบัญชีโซเชียลออกจาก OneApp ติดต่อฝ่ายบุคคลที่ info@pmcenter.co.th หรือ 02-091-9888 พร้อมแจ้งชื่อและรหัสพนักงาน เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

การยกเลิกการเชื่อมบัญชี Google, Apple หรือ LINE จะลบการเชื่อมโยงและข้อมูล โปรไฟล์ที่ได้รับจากผู้ให้บริการนั้นออก คุณทำเองได้จากหน้าโปรไฟล์ใน OneApp และมีผลทันที

ข้อมูลบางส่วนไม่สามารถลบได้ระหว่างที่ยังเป็นพนักงาน เนื่องจากกฎหมายกำหนดให้บริษัท ต้องเก็บเอกสารการจ้างงาน การลงเวลา และค่าจ้าง กรณีเช่นนี้เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบว่าต้องเก็บ เอกสารใดไว้และด้วยเหตุใด

ความปลอดภัย

การรับส่งข้อมูลเข้ารหัสด้วย TLS บนมือถือเซสชันการเข้าสู่ระบบเก็บใน Keychain ของ iOS หรือ Keystore ของ Android และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลจำกัดด้วยสิทธิ์ตามบทบาท

สถิติผู้เข้าชมหน้าสาธารณะ

เฉพาะหน้าที่เปิดดูได้โดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ — หน้าแนะนำ OneApp และหน้าสมัครงาน — เรานับจำนวน ผู้เข้าชมด้วย Umami ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่เราติดตั้งบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเอง ไม่ใช้คุกกี้และไม่สร้าง โปรไฟล์ของคุณ สิ่งที่บันทึกคือที่อยู่ของหน้า เว็บไซต์ที่คุณมาจาก และข้อมูลกว้าง ๆ ที่ได้จาก เบราว์เซอร์ ได้แก่ ชนิดอุปกรณ์ เบราว์เซอร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ ขนาดหน้าจอ ภาษา และประเทศ ส่วนหมายเลข IP ใช้เพียงเพื่อระบุประเทศเท่านั้น และไม่ได้ถูกจัดเก็บไว้

เราใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อดูว่าประกาศรับสมัครงานใดและส่วนใดของหน้าแนะนำได้รับความสนใจ ไม่ได้ใช้เพื่อ ระบุตัวคุณ และไม่เชื่อมโยงกับข้อมูลพนักงานหรือการใช้งานหลังเข้าสู่ระบบ เพราะเครื่องมือนี้ถูก โหลดเฉพาะบนหน้าสาธารณะดังกล่าวเท่านั้น เนื่องจากไม่มีการใช้คุกกี้และไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราจึงอาศัยฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ไม่ใช่ความยินยอม — คุณยังคงคัดค้านได้ตามช่องทาง ติดต่อด้านล่าง

สิทธิของคุณ

ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข ขอลบหรือระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ถ่ายโอนได้ และถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่ใช้ฐานความยินยอม

สิทธิ์ที่แอปมือถือขอ

คุณปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกสิทธิ์เหล่านี้ได้ในการตั้งค่าเครื่อง แต่ฟีเจอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องจะใช้ไม่ได้

เด็กและเยาวชน

OneApp ใช้เฉพาะพนักงาน ไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่เด็ก

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการแก้ไข เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบน และหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญจะแจ้งให้ทราบใน OneApp
